If you have ever shared a random smile on the street, a comforting embrace from a friend or loved one, or the welling of tears in an expression of joy, then you have experienced the essence that is Reiki. Its literal translation is Universal (Rei) Life Energy (Ki) and it is an energy healing system divinely gifted to a man of early 20th century Japan named Dr. Mikao Usui. Dr. Usui or Usui Sensei, as he was known to his students (sensei means teacher or master in Japanese), lived for the pursuit of knowledge and a greater understanding of the spiritual realm. He was well-traveled with visits to the Americas, China and several European destinations, as well, and also studied various religions and philosophies including Christianity and Buddhism.

I practice Usui Reiki and am a Master Degree practitioner. I was attuned on the 20th of April, 2010 and have shared in many miraculous moments with my clients through this healing life energy. I am realizing my purpose in this lifetime and am honored to be named a healer. Reiki truly is a blessing and it has enriched my life beyond measure. The sessions begins with the guidelines / intention setting and is followed by 15 min of integration (feedback, intuitive reading, guidance).

 

The treatment consists of Breath-work, Meditation, full Reiki body scan, Reiki Healing, Chakra balancing, Aromatherapy and Sound Healing.

REIKI
& CHAKRA ALIGNMENT

$200 · 90 minutes

A complete immersion into energetic restoration. This extended session allows space to go deeper—unwinding tension held beneath the surface and restoring balance across the subtle body.

We begin with intention setting to ground the work and focus the session. From there, the treatment flows through guided breathwork, meditative stillness, and a full-body Reiki scan, intuitively targeting areas of energetic stagnation. Chakra alignment, aromatherapy, and sound healing are layered throughout to support release and recalibration.

The final portion of the session is reserved for integration—time to process, receive intuitive feedback, and gain clarity on what surfaced during the work.
